Terms of Service

rentFast ("we", "us", "our") is currently in a pre-launch phase. This site lets you join a waitlist by submitting your phone number and, optionally, details about the room or roommate you're looking for. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The service today

rentFast is not yet a live marketplace. Submitting your phone number and any room/roommate details only adds you to our waitlist and lets us reach out when we launch in your city. We don't currently verify listings, broker introductions, or facilitate payments — none of that exists yet.

2. Your submissions

Any room or roommate details you paste into the waitlist form remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and use that information solely to contact you about rentFast and, once the product launches, to help match you with potential roommates or listings. Don't submit anyone else's personal information without their consent, and don't submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.

3. No warranty

The waitlist is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee a launch date, availability in any particular city, or that joining the waitlist entitles you to early access.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rentFast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
